Returns
We hope you love your order. If for any reason it’s not quite right, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused; and
- In their original condition and packaging.
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been opened.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographic evidence if your order arrives damaged or is incorrect so that we can work with you to resolve this as quickly as possible.
How to Return
To request a return, please contact us at hello@yamfoa.com with your proof of purchase including order number. We will provide instructions for sending your item back and notify you one we’ve received your return.
Refunds
Once your return has been received, inspected and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@yamfoa.com.
Original delivery charges will be refunded when the full order is returned. Return shipping costs are your responsibility as the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get the soap(s) you would like is to return the item(s) you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item(s).
