Where do you ship?

We currently only deliver within the UK.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 48 and typically arrive within 2 - 4 working days.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes - free UK delivery is available on orders £40 and over. If you're placing a large or heavy order, please get in touch via our contact form or by email before ordering so we can advise on the best shipping option. Some larger orders may require an alternative shipping arrangement. 

Can I return my order?

You can request a return for your soap within 14 days of delivery, provided the item(s) meets the return conditions. Please see our Refund policy for more details. 

Can gift cards be returned or refunded?

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Will the colour of my soap change over time?

Some natural colour variation may occur over time due to the presence of essential oils in the soap and other environmental factors. This does not affect quality or performance of your soap.

How should I store my soap?

To extend the shelf life of your soap, keep it away from direct water contact when not in use. 

Will the scent last on my skin?

Our soaps are designed to gently scent the skin while also leaving a subtle fragrance in your space after use.

Are your soaps suitable for sensitive skin?

Our soaps are designed for frequent cleansing and contain a blend of essential and fragrance oils. If you have specific skin concerns or sensitivities, we recommend reviewing the ingredients list for each product to decide what works best for you.

Are your soaps suitable for babies or young children?

Our soaps are not formulated or marketed for use on babies, infants or children under the age of 3.

Are your soaps vegan?

Yes - all YAMFOA soaps are vegan.

Are your soaps tested on animals?

No - YAMFOA soaps are not tested on animals.
